Sam Keif is the founder of Rosen Dental Recruiting and brings over a decade of experience connecting dental professionals with the practices that need them. He previously founded and served as principal recruiter of The Gaisce Group, a dental-specific recruitment firm, for 10 years. Before launching his own firm, Sam worked in hospital administration in Boston, giving him a firsthand understanding of how healthcare organizations operate. He holds an undergraduate degree in Health Services Administration from Springfield College and a Master of Management from Cambridge College.
A native of Sandown, New Hampshire, Sam now lives on the South Shore of Massachusetts with his wife and two sons. At Rosen Dental Recruiting, Sam handles every search personally — no middlemen, no corporate red tape, just a direct line to someone who genuinely cares about finding the right fit.
